It's made by monks that mostly don't talk. It tips the scales at 110 proof... People who deal in green thought it was so green that they named a green after it... It's the kind of green you want to be seen with.Yet the weirdest thing about Chartreuse is one of the weirder things about New Orleans: it seems that behind every New Orleans bar lurks a bottle of the stuff. But once you've captured it what do you do with it?

Join acclaimed bartender and author John Myers as we explore what goes--and doesn't go--with Chartreuse. Your socks may come off or you might see God: anything can happen when we mix with Chartreuse!
